What indieun.com keeps about you, and why. In short: only what you send us through the contact form, and only to reply.

The contact form

When you send a message we keep the topic you picked, your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you. We never sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes and for how long

Your message is delivered to our email inbox, hosted by Microsoft 365, and kept there so we can follow the conversation. On our own server it waits in a short queue and is deleted from the server after 30 days. Only Indieun reads your messages.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web server keeps standard request logs: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser's name. We use them to keep the site running and safe, and they are deleted after 52 days.

The contact form limits how often one address can send. For that it keeps a scrambled form of your address in memory for one hour, never on disk.

Cookies and tracking

indieun.com sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or tracking. Pages load nothing from other companies: fonts, images and thumbnails all come from indieun.com. Links to YouTube, X and Roblox take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Your choices

To get a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email support@indieun.com from the address you wrote from.

Changes

If anything here changes, we will update this page.
