A log of time-stamped lines that starts a fresh file when it gets big.
LogService's CreateLogFile gives one. Write stamps one line with the local time, queued, and never waits. Past MaxBytes, app.log becomes app.1.log and a new app.log starts, and Keep old files stay. Written fires with each stamped line, for a log pane.
