Keep named records with numbered backups, so replacing one never loses the old one.
FileService:OpenRecordStoreAsync(path) gives one, a child of FileService. Records live in scope folders, and a name is used once across every scope. Each Record is a Content folder with numbered backups, instance files and metadata.
