EmissionPoint
One burst, right on time. Put a point on the timeline and that many particles burst out at once, the same every time you scrub past it.
An EmissionPoint under a ParticleEmitter makes the emitter draw as if emitter:Emit(Count) had been called when its Time was this point's Time. Count particles are born there at once, and scrubbing back before Time removes them. It works with Rate 0, and an emitter can hold several. Its time shows as an orange mark on the emitter's Cook row, which you can drag. emitter:Emit(count) makes one at the emitter's current Time.
