FollowConstraint
Pass a prop from one hand to another, or let a camera ride along. One keyed number blends from staying put to following.
A FollowConstraint makes Part1, a part, null object or camera, follow Part0 at Offset, blended by Weight: 0 leaves Part1 at its own CFrame, 1 follows fully, so keying Weight from 0 to 1 hands something over. Offset is taken when Part0 and Part1 are set and when you move Part1 by hand. Like the other constraints it works inside a DataModel, after keys, rig clips and scripts, in Edit and Play.
