PatternOverlay

Fill text or a shape with any picture, tiled edge to edge with no seams.

Photoshop's Pattern Overlay: its Pattern, any ImageContent, tiles over the layer's pixels at Scale (percent), Angle and Offset (px), from the layer's corner with LinkWithLayer on, else from the canvas's. Tiles meet cleanly whatever the picture. With no picture picked it shows grey dots.
