OuterGlow

Give text, shapes and pictures a halo of light that spills past their edges.

Photoshop's Outer Glow: light around the layer's edge out to Size px, pale yellow in Screen at 75% to start. Technique Softer blurs the shape, grown by Spread first; Precise fades evenly with the distance and follows corners exactly. A lower Range gives a fuller glow, and Noise breaks it up.
