ReviewNote
Leave a note on the exact frame, or pin it to a spot in the picture, and tick it off once it's fixed.
A ReviewNote sits under its CookVideo: Text, a Time on a frame, Resolved, Author and, when pinned, the spot on a viewport's picture. Press N in the Cook window to add one at the playhead, or over a viewport to pin one at the pointer. Notes show as bubbles on the Cook ruler, pins on the picture at their frame and rows in the Notes window, where a click jumps to the frame and a box resolves them.
