CookMarker

See the rhythm of a voice-over. Mark every spot where the sound starts again after a pause, as ticks on the timeline.

A CookMarker is a beat marker on a sound clip: a yellow tick on the Cook ruler at Time seconds into the sound, so it moves with the clip. Right-click a sound clip in the Cook window and choose Beat markers from silences (Pauses, Long pauses only or Every short pause) to replace its markers with one wherever sound resumes after a gap.
