Material

Give any part bricks, planks, tiles, dirt or brushed metal. A Material's maps tile over blocks, balls and meshes alike and stay put when the part moves.

A Material holds four maps, ColorMap, NormalMap, RoughnessMap and MetalnessMap, tiled every StudsPerTile studs in the part's own space, plus Color, which tints them, and Roughness and Metalness for where a map is missing. Set a TexturePack's Material to it and every part using that pack wears it. Every project comes with five in its Materials folder: Bricks, Planks, BrushedMetal, Tiles and Dirt.
