Content
Your files, inside the project. Pictures, video, sound, fonts, materials and captions, ready to use anywhere.
Pictures, meshes and fonts are saved inside the project, and a file at a content's Path wins; video and sound stay files on disk. An ImageContent can be drawn into by cameras and scripts, a NodeContent or GLNode makes a picture from nodes or a shader, and a TexturePack gives parts their look.
ImageContentA picture you can draw into. Load a file, render a camera into it or paint other pictures over it, then use it on parts, skies, layers and nodes.NodeContentBuild a picture out of nodes, the way Blender does. Chain gradients, noise, ramps and maths into one output and watch the image change as you drag a value.GLNodeWrite a fragment shader right on a node card, or pick a ready-made one: grade, blend, gradient, curves, resize, per-pixel maths, even a sound's waveform. Then wire the picture anywhere.CloudSkyA sky that moves. Clouds drift and change shape over a soft gradient, under a sun you place, ready for any scene's Sky Image.ImageSequenceFill a stack of frames from code or a render, play it back as a clip, and ask for any frame in between, made by following how things move.VideoContentBring in a movie file and cut it into your video, or pull single frames and its sound into a script.SoundContentDrop in a voice-over or a beat, play it, run it through effects, or turn the words into timed captions.FontContentBring your own typeface. Import a font file once and it travels inside your project, ready for titles, text layers and captions.MaterialGive any part bricks, planks, tiles, dirt or brushed metal. A Material's maps tile over blocks, balls and meshes alike and stay put when the part moves.TexturePackDress a part beyond its colour: texture, bumps, shine, metal, glow, glass and see-through, shared by every part that points at the same pack.CaptionsTurn a voice-over into word-timed subtitles. Transcribe the sound, then show it as a caption layer that pages along, lights up the spoken word or sits on a pill.
