NestedSequence

Treat a stack of layers as one. Move, fade, blend or mask them together, while every clip stays exactly where your scripts look for it.

A NestedSequence is one bar in a CookVideo's Tracks that shows other rows of the same video as a single layer. Its SequenceItems point at those rows, which are drawn into its own transparent picture in item order; an adjustment layer among them changes only them. The rows keep their place and their own times, and InPoint and OutPoint crop what it shows. Select rows and press CtrlShiftC to make one; double-click its bar to edit inside.
