VideoTrack

Bring in your footage and cut it like an editor: trim it, split it at the playhead, slip it inside the clip and change its speed.

A VideoTrack is a clip of a CookVideo that plays its Source, a VideoContent, an ImageSequence or a still image, while the playhead is between InPoint and OutPoint. It shows the source at Offset + (time - InPoint) × Speed, decoded at the size it is drawn. Right-click the Cook window, Add video file, to make one; a video with sound gets a sound clip over the same range. S splits it and Alt drag slips it.
